Depending on the service you select we collect personal dat in order to provide requested services:

Cycling apparel 

In order to process your order we save your name, address, e-mail adress, phone number (optional) and billing information.

Data about site behaviour during may be collected to optimise customer experience and product improvement.

How long do we save your data

We save your data to be able to assist with customer assistance, service improvement and business administration, we do not save your data for longer than necessary, and maximally up to 5 years.

Who we might share your data with

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Furthermore, the logistics company that performs the shipment for us will receive personal and shipping addres information.

Your privacy rights

As our company is based within the EU, we comply with GDPR guidelines. In line with this, customers can correct or acces their personal data and have the 'right to be forgotten'. If you want you personal data removed or have other inquiries you can write us at customerservice@jerseylabel.cc or mail to The Jersey Label, Javastraat 11-3, 1094GX, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
